Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using mesalink.app, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

mesalink.app is a SaaS platform that allows restaurants to create digital menus, receive orders, and manage tables. The service includes plans with different features as described on our pricing page.

3. Registration and Account

To use the service you must:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Plans and Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Flow.cl. The free trial period is 7 days for the first location. At the end of the trial period, an active subscription is required to continue using the service. Prices may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data of other users
• Upload offensive, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel. Upon cancellation, your menu will remain active until the end of the billed period. After that period, your account will become inactive and your menu will no longer be public.

8. Limitation of Liability

mesalink.app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not responsible for losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of sales or data.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
